Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management is a Charleston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
