Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Cedar Foods Group is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
