Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Nest Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
