Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Charleston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 733 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance.
