Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
