Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Cross Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
