Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Property Management and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
