Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Corner Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Buffalo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
