Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites.
