Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Pike Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
