Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Bright Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
