Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Ivory Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
