Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline North Property Management is a Buffalo property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
