Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Boston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
