Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boston, MA)

Redstone Pike Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
