Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boston, MA)

Bright Orchard Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
