Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Boise with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Boise. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
