Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
