Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Willow Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
