Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Corner Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
