Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Baltimore, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
