Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs.
