Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Nest Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Austin with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
