Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Umber Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Atlanta, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
