Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
