Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
