Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
