Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Sable Press is a printer and publisher in Atlanta serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
