Rivermark Ridge Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
