Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Nest Markets Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
