Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Press and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
