Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Anchorage with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
