Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
