Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Corner Auto Group is a Anchorage company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 973 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
