Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Granite Press and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
