Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Albuquerque, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
