Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Yarrow Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
