Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Kestrel Manufacturing makes precision components in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
