Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Yarrow Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system.
