Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Willow Auto Group is a Albuquerque company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
