Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Pine Manufacturing Group is a Albuquerque manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
