Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Maple Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 927 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
