Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Quarry Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
