Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Sparrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Wichita working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
