Stonegate Vista Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
