Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Stone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Wichita. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 638 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
