Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Wichita, KS)

Bright Lakeside Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Wichita, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
