Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
