Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Hollow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Wichita with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
