Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Birch Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
